Well I used to use Pure a few years ago and had nothing but problems and Cindy the owner always gave attitude. I decided to give it another try since I know quite a few people who still go there. BIG MISTAKE. After two days I already had the UV gel break off my nail. So disappointed. Now I have to go back to the place I started using when I left Pure the last time to have them fix it.
I don’t recommend this place. The nail techs are nice and hard working, but the owner does not know how to treat her clients. She is very nasty, inpatient and rude I don’t recommend this place if you want to be stress free when you get out of there. My problem with the owner was this past summer when I was getting ready to take my vacation the next day. The nail tech that was very nice to me and wanted me to be happy with the nail color I selected after looking closely to the nail color I was not too pleased with the selection and the nail tech offered to change the nail color on all my nails, and the owner was so upset and started getting loud on me because I was going to get my nails redone. I was not getting any crazy design just something simple and basic and was furious to the extreme that I told to clam down and that that her costumer service was terrible. After the tech was done I gave her a decent tip and drove away to never again come back to that place. Terrible customer service and mean and nasty owner. I don’t recommend this place.
Please don’t waste your time here. Last time I went they did a terrible job with my nails, I wasn’t satisfied with the work the lady did as she was rushing me in order to take someone else. That being said I didn’t gave her tip which made the owner upset to the point that she followed me outside asking why didn’t I gave tip in an upset manner. I told her that I wasn’t happy with what they did and explained to her that tip is optional not mandatory. The owner embarrassed me in front of everybody, she made it seem as if I left without paying which was certainly not the case. Definitely not coming back, it’s not worth the money and they don’t even know how to do manicures.
My nail girl Jenny is the BEST!! she is polite and inviting. She always has a smile and recommends the best colors and styles. She takes good care of my nails. Nocomplaints. The salon does great pedicures as well. Highly recommend.
I recommend the crew they do a great Job and very friendly Unfortunately that is not the case with the owner I had Pedicure and Manicure and after each one of them finished I gave the tips as well my wife did after they were done with her and when I went to pay at the register paying in cash she gave me a bunch of singles as my cash back and as we were about to leave she ask us ain't you going to give tips to the girls that gave you the service? And I replied we did but you shouldn't be asking that in front of other customers tips are not mandatory and is very rude of you asking and with an attitude
They are accommodating and friendly and do a great job on my nails. My gel mani lasts 3 weeks!
I was getting regular pedicures every two weeks. One of the ladies said you should get the gel pedicure. Your toes look nicer and you can come once a month and save money. They do such great work everyone there is so friendly. I recommend this place to everyone
I love going to Sol for my gel sets. She is very talented at her craft and takes her time to make sure every nail is shaped and placed perfectly. Not to mention my cute Halloween themed nails ????????
